Brent Rollins

Chief Executive Officer

Brent Rollins serves as Chief Executive Officer for RSi, harnessing 30 years of RCM experience to lead the company through tremendous growth. Prior to joining RSi in 2014 as President, Brent was employed by a national RCM firm, where he led exponential business growth for early out, collections, and billing programs throughout two decades of service to the company. Brent earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his MBA from the University of West Georgia.

Dustin Spencer

Chief Operating Officer

Dustin Spencer is the Chief Operating Officer at RSi and has driven the company’s growth and success during his ten-year tenure, setting and leading the sales and client experience standards. With more than 22 years of RCM experience, Dustin has worked in every region of the country and is well-versed in each market’s unique challenges and opportunities. He leads RSi’s efforts to serve healthcare providers, helping to resolve their pressing needs and serving as their “best employee.”
John Baker

John Baker

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RSi, John Baker handles planning, implementation, and management of all finance activities and obtaining and maintaining investor and lender relations. To ensure the company’s financial success, he also advises the CEO in shaping policy and financial goals. With almost 30 years of accounting and finance expertise, John has served in various executive financial roles, including CFO of Servpro and CFO of Xtend Healthcare. John earned a BS degree in accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, and a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
Jennifer Evans

Jennifer Evans

Chief Of Staff  

As RSi’s Chief of Staff, Jennifer Evans serves as a change agent who helps to turn big ideas into reality—fueling innovation and bridging gaps across teams. Acting as an extension of the CEO, her role is to streamline decision-making, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the leadership team stays focused on high-value work. Jennifer’s oversight also includes RSi’s Client Implementation and Client Resources departments. Jen previously served as the Chief Brand Officer (CMO) for RSi. Jen earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors at University of Houston-Downtown and her Master of Arts in Communications with Honors at University of Houston.
Lorie Bush

Lorie Bush

Vice President, Human Resources

Lorie Bush serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for RSi, where she has been part of the HR leadership since 2019. Prior to joining RSi, Lorie developed her HR skillset at organizations including Education Corporation of America, Virginia College, and Bank of America. As a key member of RSi’s Executive Team, Lorie helps drive innovation and a people-focused approach, supporting RSi’s recognition as a multi-year “Top Workplace” in the healthcare revenue cycle industry, as well as “Top 100” national ranking in the USA TODAY Top Workplaces program. Lorie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English at Francis Marion University in South Carolina.
Jude X. Crowell

Jude X. Crowell

Chief Client Officer

With over 20 years of healthcare RCM expertise, Jude Crowell oversees relationships with client representatives, industry peers, and partners, with a focus on excellence in customer experience. Prior to joining RSi, Jude served in key leadership positions for Advanced Patient Advocacy (APA) and Washington & West. Jude is known as an ardent advocate for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), nationally, regionally and at the state-wide level. In 2022 he received the highest honor from HFMA, the Frederick C. Morgan Individual Achievement Award, honoring career-long contributions to HFMA and to the healthcare finance profession. Jude holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Austin Peay State University.
