Leadership

Welcome to RSi!

Whether you’re a current or prospective employee, client, or curious bystander, we invite you to learn more. Before introductions to our key leadership, we would like to share a few important facts with you.

On Culture

The word “culture” is often used by organizations of all types and is always up for interpretation. Here is what it means to RSi: Our Beliefs, Our Behaviors, and Our Experience. At RSi, culture is not what we say or write….it is what we genuinely experience here, and all contribute to the experience. Read more about our Company Values HERE.

On Excellence

RSi was awarded the first ever “Best in KLAS” designation in 2023 in the Revenue Cycle Financial/HIM category: Debt Collection. This designation recognizes that out of the companies reviewed offering RCM Debt Collection services, RSi was ranked number one for its overall excellence in culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value.

On Client Success

While we always value being called a “partner,” our true goal is to be viewed as our client’s best employee. Client success is our focus. What matters to our clients matters to us. We value their time and are always eager to engage, learn, and serve. Read more about our Services and Client Experience HERE.

On the Future

RSi has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years, and we are committed to continuing this trajectory. Growing and investing in the best mix of talent, tech, and operational excellence across all service lines is a top priority, and the recent announcement of the acquisition of Invicta Health Solutions, LLC (Invicta) demonstrates this focus. Invicta, based in Houston, Texas, has earned a reputation for progressive tech integrations, unique partnerships with established entities, and a mastery of business intelligence to recast traditional revenue cycle management services.
