In 2024, RSi earned Top Workplace Culture Excellence National awards in FOUR categories:

In 2024, Forbes published a book authored by RSi’s Chief Executive Officer Brent D. Rollins on the subject of purpose, values, employee engagement, and culture. The book is entitled “Let’s Go: How Core Values and Purpose Create a Business Journey Worth Making” and can be purchased on Amazon and in select booksellers. 

In 2023, RSi was awarded the first ever “Best in KLAS” designation in the Revenue Cycle Financial/HIM Debt Collection category by KLAS Research. This designation recognizes that out of companies reviewed that offer RCM Debt Collection services, RSi was ranked number one for its overall excellence in culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value. 

RSi became a SOC1 and SOC2 tested and certified organization in 2022. SOC 1 and SOC 2 certifications are assurance engagements that evaluate the controls of an organization. SOC 1 is specifically focused on controls related to financial reporting, while SOC 2 is focused on controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
